Ardyss By Pizzazz appreciates your business and we strive to ensure you receive quality merchandise in the correct color and size and type. Due to the nature of the products we sell, Ardyss By Pizzazz will only accept exchanges of garments in perfect condition within 30 days of receipt.
You must contact Ardyss By Pizzazz to advise us of your intent to exchange your garment within 30 days of receipt. Reshaping Garments must be returned in the same condition they were received. Only one exchange per garment is allowed. Sorry, we do not allow returns of our Reshaping Garments, Nutritional or Cosmetic Products.
There is a $7.00 restocking charge applicable to all exchanges. Please make your money order or cashiers check payable to Ardyss International. The product must be returned in perfect condition, clean, unused, with original label, original packaging and folded. You must attach a copy of the invoice detailing the exchange you want to perform. Please send your parcel through USPS, FED EX, or UPS to ensure your ability to track your exchange progress.
